Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranchis a non-profit 501(c)(3) fully accredited multi-service organization providing mental health programs and services to emotionally disturbed youth and their families. With unparalleled clinical and educational components, the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Program provides a lot of "extras" on our vibrant 400 acre campus in Billings, Montana. Unlike youth in many residential treatment programs, YBGR youth enjoy opportunities to participate in elective vocational training, therapeutic recreation activities, equine programs, music performances, interscholastic sports and pastoral care. In addition, YBGR provides an excellent structured program containing a “continuum of care” allowing youth to actively engage in personal treatment planning within an environment of support and increasing responsibility. Understanding the importance of family involvement, we invite out of town families to be our guests in campus housing when they participate in family therapy. Preparing families for a successful transition after YBGR is an on-going focus throughout the treatment process. For more information, visit http://www.ybgr.org.
